PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
REQUEST TO ESTABLISH A PLANT REHABILITATION DISTRICT
SUBMITTED DAVID B INGRAM, INGRAM DEVELOPMENT LLC
ON BEHALF OF INGRAM SLOTTING & MACHINE, INC.
On Monday, May 14, 2012, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice-President Pastor at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and John Pastor
Absent: Laura Toy
Council Vice-President Pastor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the request, submitted by David B Ingram, Ingram
Development LLC on behalf of Ingram Slotting & Machine, Inc , for the
establishment of a Plant Rehabilitation District, for the property located at 31145
W Eight Mile Road, to help in the expansion and rehabilitation of this property,
within City of Livonia Plant Rehabilitation District No 115
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m on Monday, May 14,
2012
