On Wednesday, May 30, 2012, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 02 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura
Toy Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Exemption of Personal Property,
submitted by Paul F Bohn, Fausone Bohn, LLP, on behalf of Odyssey
Electronics, Inc , in connection with the manufacturing of printed circuit boards in
their facility located at 12886 Fairlane, Livonia, MI 48150 (Industrial
Development District #111)
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 19 p m , on
Wednesday, May 30, 2012
