PUBLIC HEARING

RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On Monday, June 25, 2012, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Toy
at 7 05 p m Present: Brian Kritzman, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller
Brosnan and Laura Toy Absent: James McCann and John Pastor
Council President Toy stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Jeffrey Shimizu,
Officer, KTX America, Inc , for approval of an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
for new equipment for a facility located at 31651 Schoolcraft Road, which is located
within the City of Livonia Industrial Development Overlay District No 109
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , on Monday, June 25,
2012
