MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE
AT 15104 LYONS, LIVONIA, MI 48154
On Wednesday, November 14, 2012, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, John Pastor, and Laura Toy Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan and
Thomas Robinson
Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section
140 of Title 15, Chapter 52 (Dangerous Buildings and Structures) of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing
regarding the demolition of the structure located at 15104 Lyons in the City of
Livonia There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 03 p m , on Wednesday,
