PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST TO ESTABLISH INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 114, SECTION 6
On Wednesday, January 18, 2012, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council Vice President Pastor at 7 00 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman,
James McCann, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Absent Laura Toy
Council Vice President Pastor stated that this was a public hearing
on the question whether this City Council should approve the request for the
establishment of an Industrial Development District 114, for the property located
at 19401 Victor Parkway, Livonia, Michigan, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6,
consisting of approximately 10 43 acres, as more particularly described in the
attachment to the application which is hereby incorporated by reference and
which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 114"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 06 p m on Wednesday,
January 18, 2012
