MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE
AT 18305 MELVIN, LIVONIA, MI 48152
On Monday, February 13, 2012, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 15 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James McCann,
Joe Laura, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura
Toy Absent. None
Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section
140 of Title 15, Chapter 52 (Dangerous Buildings and Structures) of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing
regarding the demolition of the structure located at 18305 Melvin in the City of
Livonia There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 40 p m , on Monday,
February 13, 2012
