RE PETITION 2009-11-02-16

On Monday, February 1, 2010, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present John Pastor, Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Laura Toy, Maureen Brosnan and James
McCann Absent. None
Council President McCann stated that this was an Appeal of Denial of
Application of Petition 2009-11-02-16, submitted by Tomii Chinese Accupressure
requesting waiver use approval to operate a massage establishment on property
located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Farmington Road and
Norwich Road (33600 Seven Mile Road), in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4 There
were approximately eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 32 p m , on Monday,
February 1, 2010
