HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2009-11-04 BROWNFILED DELTA/TIFCO 37363 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A BROWNFIELD PLAN OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE DELTA/TIFCO BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki at 7 03 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Thomas Robinson, James McCann, John Pastor, Joe Laura and Terry Godfroid- Marecki Absent: Laura Toy Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki stated that this was a public hearing to consider a Brownfield Plan of the City of Livonia Brownfield Redevelopment Authority for the Delta/TIFCO Brownfield Redevelopment Project, for property located on the southeast corner of Levan and Schoolcraft Roads, formerly known as the Observer Newspaper Building, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Act No 381 of Public Acts of 1996, as amended There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
