PUBLIC HEARING RE THE REQUEST OF LINEAR MOLD & ENGINEERING,
INC TO OBTAIN TAX RELIEF UNDER THE WAYNE COUNTY TURBO
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
On Monday, November 24, 2008, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Joe Laura, and Laura Toy Absent: Thomas
Robinson
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing regarding the
request of Linear Mold & Engineering, Inc to obtain tax relief for their property
located at 12926 Stark Road, Livonia, MI 48150, under the Wayne County
TURBO (Transforming Underdeveloped Residential and Business Opportunities)
Development Program
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 09 p m , on Monday,
November 24, 2008
