HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2008-12-10 BROWNFIELD LIV MALL 36988 PUBLIC HEARING RE THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BROWNFIELD PLAN OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE FORMER LIVONIA MALL PROPERTY On Wednesday, December 10, 2008, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki at 6 32 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp, James McCann, Joe Laura, and Terry Godfroid- Marecki Absent: Laura Toy Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki stated that this was a public hearing regarding the adoption of a resolution approving a Brownfield Plan of the City of Livonia Brownfield Redevelopment Authority for the former Livonia Mall property, located on the northwest corner of Seven Mile and Middlebelt Roads and which is currently owned by Livonia Phoenix, LLC, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended There were ten (10) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 p m , on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 A . . - I LINDA GRIMSBY, CITY LERK (
