PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

(INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT #112)
On Monday, December 15, 2008, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 7 00 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Tom
Robinson, Don Knapp, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Joe Laura, and
Laura Toy Absent. None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Andy Wozniacki, CFO, Roush Industries, Inc , for the
acquisition of new and replacement machinery to be used for the engine build
business for their facility at 12445 Levan Road located within the City of Livonia
Industrial Development Overlay District No 112
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m on Monday,
December 15, 2008
