MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL STREET LIGHTING
FOR CHURCHILL MANOR SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Monday, January 26, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 05 p m Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James
McCann, Joe Laura, Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, and Laura Toy Absent: Tom
Robinson
Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting for Churchill Manor Site Condominiums, S E 1/4 of Section
31, located west of Newburgh Road, between Ann Arbor Trail and Joy Road, City
of Livonia, Michigan
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , on Monday,
January 26, 2009
