PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On Wednesday, May 6, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Toy at 6 30 p m Present Brian Meakin, Thomas Robinson, James
McCann, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, John Pastor, Joe Laura, and Laura Toy
Absent: None
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Maria Thompson, General Manager of A123 Systems,
Inc , in connection with the development of their facility located at 39000 West
Seven Mile Road, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 13
There were six (6) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 6 53 p m on Wednesday, May
6, 2009
