HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2009-05-11 BROWNFIELD LIVONIA MARKETPLACE 37158 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A RESTATED AND AMENDED BROWNFIELD PLAN AS WELL AS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR LIVONIA MARKETPLACE On Monday, May 11, 2009, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Thomas Robinson, James McCann, John Pastor, and Terry Godfroid-Marecki Absent: Joe Laura and Laura Toy Council Vice President Godfroid-Marecki stated that this was a public hearing to consider a Restated and Amended Brownfield Plan, as well as Reimbursement Agreement for Livonia Marketplace, located on the northwest corner of Seven Mile and Middlebelt Roads, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, MCL 125 2664(2) There were eleven (11) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
