HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2007-12-03 SAD KENWOOD MEADOWS 36528 PUBLIC HEARING RE NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN KENWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AND KENWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO 2 On Monday, December 3, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Knapp at 7 14 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, and Don Knapp Absent: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Council Vice President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing to determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in KENWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AND KENWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO 2, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD, BETWEEN CAVELL AVENUE AND SANTA ANITA AVENUE, N E 1/4 OF SECTION 24, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance" There were seven (7) individuals present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
