MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING FOR GRUDA SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Wednesday, January 23, 2008, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Toy at 7 02r p m Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James
McCann, Joe Laura, Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, and Laura Toy Absent. Tom

Council President Toy stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting for Gruda Site Condominiums, N W 1/4 of Section 14, located
west of Henry Ruff Road, between Six Mile Road and Puritan Avenue, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 14 p m , on Wednesday,
January 23, 2008
