HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2007-09-19 IFEC HI-VOL PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE 36422 SUBMITTED BY HI-VOL PRODUCTS (FORMERLY KNOWN AS LAKE ERIE PRODUCTS) On Wednesday, September 19, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President McCann at 7 38 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent: None Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, submitted by Hi-Vol Products (formerly known as Lake Erie Products), for the purchase of new equipment and machinery for their facility located at 12955 Inkster Road, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 78 There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
