PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST TO ESTABLISH ONE INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT THAT IS TO INCLUE THREE CONTIGUOUS
PIECES OF PROPERTY SUBMITTED BY BRIAN AHLBORN, VICE-PRESIDENT
OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT- MCLAREN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES
RE 32233 EIGHT MILE ROAD, 32205 EIGHT MILE ROAD AND 20503 PARKER,
LIVONIA, MICHIGAN 48152
On Wednesday, May 16, 2007 the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
McCann at 7 01 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe
Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor and James McCann
President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the question whether
to approve the Application for an Industrial Development District at 32233 Eight Mile
Road, 32205 Eight Mile Road and 20503 Parker, Livonia, MI for McLaren Performance
Technologies, for approximately 5 47 acres lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 3, which is
hereby incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 106"
There were (11) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 09 p m on Wednesday, May 16,
2007
