PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST TO TRANSFER INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED BY CARLTON L. GLICK,

CORPORATION, 34401 SCHOOLCRAFT ROAD, LIVONIA, MI 48150, WHICH IS DUE
TO EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 30, 2012 (CR 703-00) (I D D NO 74).
On Wednesday, May 16, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
McCann at 7 09 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe
Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor and James McCann
President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the question whether
to approve the TRANSFER OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
from TRIO TOOL COMPANY (which is due to expire on December 30, 2012 ) (CR 703-
Li, 00) (I D D NO 74), encompassing an area of approximately 1 6 acres lying in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia
Industrial Development District No 74"
There were (12) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m on Wednesday, May 16,
2007
