LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PLYMOUTH ROAD BETWEEN NEWBURGH
imp ROAD AND ECKLES ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30 FROM RUF
TO R-1. (RURAL URBAN FARM — '/2 ACRE LOTS TO ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
60' x 120' LOTS).
On Wednesday, May 30, 2007 the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President James McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Gerald Taylor and James McCann Absent: Tom
Robinson
President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the question whether
to approve Mr Emling's request to Rezone Property at 39115 Plymouth Road, from
RUF to R-1 (Rural Urban Farm — '/2 acre lots to one family residential 60' x 120' Lots)
There were seven (7) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 30 p m on Wednesday, May 30,
2007
