HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2007-07-11 SAD HUNTERS PARK ESTATES PUBLIC HEARING RE 36298 NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN HUNTERS PARK ESTATES SITE CONDOMINIUMS On Wednesday, July 11, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President Knapp at 7 33 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and Don Knapp Absent: James McCann Council Vice President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing to determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in HUNTERS PARK ESTATES SITE CONDOMINIUMS, SOUTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD, BETWEEN ROSELINDA DRIVE AND JUGHANDLE, S.E 1/4 OF SECTION 30, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance" There were two (2) individuals present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
