On Monday, July 23, 2007, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at T02 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James
McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Linear Mold & Engineering, Inc , for the purchase of new
equipment (an EOS machine) at their facility at 34435 Glendale, within City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No 105
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday, July 23,
2007
