PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY VALASSIS MANUFACTURING COMPANY
On Wednesday, September 19, 2007, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 20 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin,
Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and
James McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Valassis Manufacturing Company, for the purchase of a
Goss Sunday 2000 Press for their facility located at 35955 Schoolcraft Road,
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 33
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 33 p m on Wednesday,
September 19, 2007
