Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent None Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Bodycote Thermal Processing, Inc , for the addition of low pressure carburize equipment to double the amount of transmission gears that can be produced at their facility located at 31888 Glendale, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 103 There were twenty (20) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 30 p m , on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 VAL VANDERSLOOT, CITY CLERK
