INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED BY
GERALD C MAJESKE, SR., MANAGER AND GERALD C MAJESKE, JR.,
OWNER AND PRESIDENT FOR MAJESKE MACHINE, INC ,(IDD#100)
On Monday, February 12, 2007 the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 00 p m Present. Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Joe Laura, Tom Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Majeske Machine, Inc , to cover construction of a new building
located in the Rosati Industrial Development at 33410 Rosati Avenue, within "City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No 100"
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m on Monday,
February 12, 2007
