PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY SKYWAY PRECISION, INC
On Monday, June 5, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice-President Knapp at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, and Gerald Taylor Absent:
James McCann
Council Vice-President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Skyway Precision, Inc , for Leasehold improvements to
existing building and acquisition of new CNC precision machining equipment at
their facility located at 39100 Plymouth Road, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 101
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.07 p m , on Monday, June 5,
2006
