PUBLIC HEARING RE
NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT IN HARRISON WOODS SITE CONDOMINIUMS
On Monday, June 19, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Joe Laura, Gerald
Taylor, and James McCann Absent: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki and
Thomas Robinson
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing to
determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project
in Harrison Woods Site Condominiums, N 1/2 of Section 12, on the south
side of Seven Mile Road between Lathers Avenue and Brentwood Avenue,
City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the
Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment
Procedure Ordinance"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , Monday, June 19,
2006
