PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
ROSATI LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT ROSATI INDUSTRIAL PARK (34409, 34410, 34413, 34414, 34417, 34418,
34421, 34422, 34425, 34426, 34429, 34430, 34433, 34434, AND 34437 ROSATI
AVENUE)
On Monday, November 21, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp, and Gerald Taylor Absent.

Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Rosati Land
Development, LLC, for the establishment of an Industrial Development District
within the boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area of approximately 15 acres
lying in the in the South 1/2 of Section 28 as more particularly described in the
attachment to the application which is hereby incorporated by reference and
which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 100"
There was three (3) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 p m , on Monday,
November 21, 2005
