INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On Monday, April 17, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Joe Laura,
Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent Thomas Robinson and Terry
Godfroid-Marecki
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Michigan Dairy, LLC, to cover the replacement of the
fluid process control system at their facility located at 29601 Industrial Road,
Livonia, MI 48150, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 32
(29601 Industrial Road is included within the legal description for Industrial
Development District No 32, established per CR 86-86 at the January 29, 1986
Regular Meeting of the Livonia City Council for applicants at 12701 Middlebelt
Road )
There were three (3) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
