PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE #98-500

On Wednesday, December 7, 2005, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, James McCann, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent. Frank
Kokenakes and Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application to Transfer Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate #98-500 submitted by Awrey Bakeries L L C , for a freezer
addition to increase storage capacity from 2700 pallets to over 5000, which is
necessary to continue to grow frozen food business at their site located at 12301
Farmington Road, Livonia, MI 48150, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 5
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m , on Wednesday,
December 7, 2005
