PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
CRAIG E JACKMAN, OWNER/MANAGER/MEMBER, WESTFIELD
PROPERTIES, LLC AND WILLIAM A. MITCHELL, CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER, SKYWAY PRECISION, INC, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 39100 PLYMOUTH ROAD
On Wednesday, January 11, 2006, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian
Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor,
and James McCann Absent: None
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Craig E
Jackman, Owner/Manager/Member, Westfield Properties, LLC and William A.
Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer, Skyway Precision, Inc , for the establishment of
an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the City of Livonia in
an area of approximately 4 84 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30 as
more particularly described in the attachment to the application which is hereby
incorporated by reference and which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City
of Livonia Industrial Development District No 101"
There was seven (7) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.20 p m , on Wednesday,
January 11, 2006
