HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2006-01-11 SAD KENWOOD ESTATES PUBLIC HEARING RE NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN KENWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION On Wednesday, January 11, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President McCann at 7 20 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Joe Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent: None Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing to determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in KENWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, WEST SIDE OF SUNSET BLVD BETWEEN FARGO AVENUE AND MORLOCK STREET, N W 1/4 OF SECTION 2, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance" There were seven (7) individuals present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
