PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On Monday, February 13, 2006, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Brian Meakin, Joe
Laura, Thomas Robinson, Gerald Taylor, and James McCann Absent: Terry
Godfroid-Marecki
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Delta Research Corporation, for equipment to be used to
perform turning, hob grinding, deburring, washing and inspection of gears for
domestic and foreign customers at their facility at 32971 Capitol, within City of
Livonia Industrial Development District No 80
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday,
February 13, 2006
