PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 2005-05-SN-05 SUBMITTED BY
MCDONALD'S CORPORATION, REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL
FOR ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE FOR THE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT
LOCATED AT 11800 MIDDLEBELT ROAD IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF
SECTION 25
On Monday, July 11, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 04 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki,
Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank J Kokenakes
and James McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve Petition 2005-05-SN-05 submitted by McDonald's
Corporation, requesting waiver use approval for additional signage for the fast
food restaurant located at 11800 Middlebelt Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section
25
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 29 m , on Monday, July 11,
2005
