OF SEVEN MILE ROAD BETWEEN GILL AND WAYNE ROADS, N W 1/4 OF

On Monday, August 29, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, James
McCann, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent: Terry
Godfroid-Marecki
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting of River Pines Site Condominiums, South side of Seven Mile
Road between Gill and Wayne Roads, N W 1/4 of Section 9, City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 08 p m , on Monday, August
29, 2005
