MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE
AT 27933 LONG, LIVONIA, MICHIGAN 48152
On Wednesday, October 19, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, James McCann,
Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank Kokenakes
and Terry Godfroid-Marecki
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section
140 of Title 15, Chapter 52 (Dangerous Buildings and Structures) of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing
regarding the demolition of the structure located at 27933 Long in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 1 in the City of Livonia There was one (1) individual present in the
audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , on Wednesday,
October 19, 2005
