HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2005-04-11 SAD PICKFORD AVE 39064 PUBLIC HEARING RE imp NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON PICKFORD AVENUE (BAINBRIDGE TO HILLCREST) On Monday, April 11, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Taylor at 7 18 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Don Knapp Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing to determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street improvement project on Pickford Avenue (Bainbridge to Hillcrest)--located South of Seven Mile Road between Merriman and Middlebelt, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance" There were twenty-three (23) individuals present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
