INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On Monday, April 25, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7.01 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent:
Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Valassis Manufacturing Company, so as to cover
building improvements to its newly acquired facility located at 38905 W Six Mile
Road, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 98 and Plant
Rehabilitation District No 98-P
There were twelve (12) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 09 p m , on Monday, April
25, 2005
