ASSESSMENT ROLL STREET LIGHTING FOR SUNSET SUBDIVISION,
LOCATED SOUTH OF 8 MILE BETWEEN MERRIMAN AND MILBURN IN THE
N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 2.
On Monday, April 25, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 09 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent:
Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Amended Special Assessment
Roll for Street Lighting of Sunset Subdivision, located south of 8 Mile between
Merriman and Milburn in the N W 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were ten (10) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m on Monday, April
25, 2005
