PUBLIC HEARING RE• APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On Monday, May 9, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent:
James McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Delta Gear, Inc so as to cover additional equipment to
produce aircraft parts at their site located at 33067 Industrial Road, Livonia, MI
48150, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 97
There were six (6) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.09 p m , on Monday, May 9,
2005
