HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2005-06-06 SAD MERRIMAN FOREST 39176 PUBLIC HEARING RE: NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN MERRIMAN FOREST SUBDIVISION On Monday, June 6, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Taylor at T05 p m Present: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Brian Meakin Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing to determine the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in MERRIMAN FOREST SUBDIVISION, EAST SIDE OF MERRIMAN ROAD BETWEEN SEVEN MILE ROAD AND MAYVILLE, N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 11, City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance" There were sixteen (16) individuals present in the audience on this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
