PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, SUBMITTED BY COUNTRY FRESH, LLC
On Monday, October 4, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 12 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry A. Godfroid-Marecki,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank J
Kokenakes
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Country Fresh, LLC, to cover the construction of a raw
tank alcove and a pasteurized tank alcove for the processing side of the plant,
which includes the installation of new and used tank/soils, at their facility located
at 31770 Enterprise Drive, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District
No 96
There was four (4) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a trans' ript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 p m , on Monday,
October 4, 2004
