PUBLIC HEARING RE. APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY WEBASTO ROOF SYSTEMS, INC
On Monday, October 4, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 20 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry A. Godfroid-Marecki,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank J
Kokenakes
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Webasto Roof Systems, Inc , to cover the purchase of
seven floor standing hydraulic presses and supporting computer equipment for
their facility located at 36930 Industrial Road, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 58
There was two (2) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.29 p m , on Monday,
October 4, 2004
