PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
19111 VICTOR PARKWAY
On Monday, April 19, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 6 59 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Frank J Kokenakes,
James McCann, Thomas Robinson, Don Knapp and Gerald Taylor Absent:
None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from lnfineon
Technologies North America Corporation, for the establishment of an Industrial
1. Development District within the boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area
approximately 1 70 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, which is
hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 95"
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
