DATED JUNE 12, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

On Monday, August 18, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
Vice President Knapp at 7 02 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, Joe Laura (7 15
p m.), Maureen Miller Brosnan and Don Knapp Absent. Linda M Dolan, Gerald
Taylor and Jack Engebretson
Council Vice President Knapp stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Orchard,
Hiltz & McCliment, Inc , as amended, to 34000 Plymouth Road, LLC , for the
establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the
City of Livonia in an area approximately 7 391 acres lying in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 28, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 90"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
