On Wednesday, October 1, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Engebretson at 7 18p m Present: Don Knapp, Val
Vandersloot, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura and Jack Engebretson Absent: Linda
Dolan and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate submitted by ElringKlinger Sealing Systems (USA) to cover
manufacturing equipment utilized for the production of heat shields at 35955
Veronica, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 62
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 24 p m , on Wednesday,
October 1, 2003
