PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED

On Monday, October 6, 2003, the above hearing was held the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at TOO p m Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot,
Linda M Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack
Engebretson Absent: None
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question of whether to approve the Proposed Budget for the City of Livonia
for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2004 and the property tax millage
Lproposed to be levied to support the Proposed Budget.
There were twenty (20) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8 47 p m , Monday, October 6,
2003
