PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUESTED SUBMITTED BY

ON BEHALF OF 4M INDUSTRIES, INC
DATED JANUARY 31, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
On Wednesday, March 19, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000, Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Engebretson at TOO p m Present: Jack Engebretson, Don
Knapp, Val Vandersloot, Linda Dolan and Gerald Taylor Absent: Joe Laura and
Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request from
Christopher March, President, on behalf of 4M Industries, Inc., for the
establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the
City of Livonia in an area approximately 2 12 acres lying in the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 28, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 87"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , on Wednesday,
March 19, 2003
