DATED FEBRUARY 14, 2003, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
On Monday, March 31, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000, Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Jack Engebretson, Don Knapp,
Val Vandersloot, Gerald Taylor and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Joe Laura
[Active Military Duty) and Linda Dolan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether this City Council should approve the request from James A.
Ketai, Manager, on behalf of Schoolcraft Commons, L L C , proposing the
establishment of an Industrial Development District within the boundaries of the
City of Livonia in an area approximately 27 12 acres lying in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 7, which is hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 88"
There was no one present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 02 p m , on Monday, March
31, 2003
