On Monday, April 28, 2003, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Engebretson at 7.00 a m Present: Don Knapp, Val Vandersloot,
Gerald Taylor, Joe Laura (arrived 7 18 p m ), Maureen Miller Brosnan and Jack
Engebretson Absent: Linda M Dolan
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve Site Plan Petition 2003-01-08-03, submitted by
Tiseo Architects, Inc , on behalf of Blockbuster Video, to construct a commercial
building on property located on the south side of Five Mile Road between
Newburgh and Hix Roads (37609-37685 Five Mile Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 19
There were six (6) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 p m , Monday, April 28,
2003
